Terms & booking conditions

Updated: 15 July 2026. These conditions govern bookings made through moroccosky.com, operated under the trade name MoroSky, 195 Derb Jdid, Bab-Doukkala, Marrakech, Morocco (registered details available on request) ("MoroSky", "we").

Our role. MoroSky curates and books sky and desert experiences that are performed by independent, professional local operators. Your contract for the activity itself is with the operator that performs it; MoroSky provides the selection, booking assistance and customer support around it. The operator's name is confirmed with your booking.

Booking & payment. Requests via this site are free and non-binding. After we confirm availability, you receive a final quote, the payment method and, where applicable, a deposit amount. No payments are processed on this website. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation (WhatsApp or email) with a reference.

Prices. Prices are shown in euros per person unless stated otherwise, include taxes and hotel transfers within central Marrakech, and may be updated at any time before confirmation. The price in your written confirmation is binding.

Cancellation & refunds. Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund of any amounts paid. Later cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable. If the operator cancels — including for weather or safety — you choose between a new date or a full refund. Refunds are returned by the original payment method.

Your responsibilities. You must meet the operator's age, weight, height, health and pregnancy rules communicated at booking, arrive on time at the pickup point, and carry valid identification. Operators may refuse participation for safety reasons, including intoxication.

Liability. Activities take place under the operator's licence; details of coverage are available on request before booking. MoroSky's liability is limited to its booking services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Complaints. Write to us at the contact email with your booking reference; we respond within 72 hours and coordinate with the operator. These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
