Data we collect. Booking requests: name, contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp), hotel/riad, party size, dates, and any preferences you share (e.g. dietary needs). Website: basic technical logs. We do not process online payments on this site.

Why we use it. To answer your requests, arrange and operate your booking with our local partner operators, meet safety requirements, and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and legal compliance.

Sharing. We share only the details needed to run your experience with the relevant professional operator (e.g. name, pickup location, party size). We never sell personal data.

Retention. Booking data is kept for the time needed to operate the experience and meet legal/accounting duties, then deleted or anonymized.
